1. Who is responsible for your data?
COSTA CAR, Espace Experts, Av. du Prince Héritier, Fès 30000, Morocco — contact@costacar.com. We process your data in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 and, for our customers residing in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data do we collect, and why?

Booking requests are stored on our server and sent to us by e-mail. They are never sold or passed on to third parties.
3. Cookies and audience measurement
The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our ads. These cookies are only set with your consent, requested through the banner shown on your first visit (Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
We also keep an anonymous visit log on our own server (page viewed, device type, approximate country of origin, traffic source). It contains neither a full IP address nor any identifier that would allow us to recognise you from one visit to the next.
The website embeds third-party content (Google Maps map, technical libraries via jsDelivr) that may receive your IP address when it loads.
4. How long do we keep your data?
- Booking requests not followed by a rental: 12 months.
- Rental agreements and supporting documents: statutory accounting retention period.
- Audience measurement data: according to the retention periods configured in Google Analytics (14 months maximum).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent to cookies. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@costacar.com. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their country (in France, the CNIL).
6. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Booking data is stored in a protected area, inaccessible from the web, and accessible only to the COSTA CAR team.
