I was looking for a car rental for my stay in Fez and I came across Costa Car! What an excellent discovery! Very kind landlord (despite the delay of our flight, Ali was waiting for us at the airport to take us to our apartment) very available, excellent responsiveness, perfectly mastered French, the procedures were completed in 5 minutes and the car was as agreed.Punctuality for pick-up and return of the vehicle. Excellent rental agency! Impeccable services, arrived at the airport the vehicle was already in the parking lot, the car was very clean and with all the options. They were attentive and caring. We rented a car fom Costa Cars Fes and were very satisfied with their service. We didn’t get the car with automatic transmission but on the other hand they give us a brand new car. We brought it back very dirty and with low fuel. The guys charged us for fuel and cleaning, and the price was fair enough. The only small issue was that they didn’t speak English but they managed everything well using google translate. I would recommend this rental company.

We rented with Costacartours from our hotel and return to fez airport. The rental was very good value and the service very professional, explained everything, the damage report very transparent, and they gave us practical advice for driving in Morocco. The car was delivered to the hotel punctually and the team met us on time at the airport for the return also. We drove from Fez to Chefchouen so a good distance of a return trip and the car was perfect.
